The late blooming daylilies are very rare! An area usually lacking in the garden, thanks to Dr. Darrow we have a large collection of them. Beginning as summer winds down, the are in full bloom when the Vermont foliage begins to turn. Many bloom right up to hard frost. They glow in the autumn sun, as one of the few perennials left blooming in the garden.
