Thousands and thousands of blooms. And in every shape, size color and height. One of the achievements I’m most proud of is the variation in characteristics I’ve collected and developed.

To a large extent if there is a type of daylily, I’m growing it.

And as you can see I’m watering. Daylilies always appreciate a bit of water, particularly when they are being dug and replanted.

Peak Season Schedule:  Open Wednesday-Sunday 10-5pm.

This weekend: Rock River Art Tour: July 18-19. My little Olallie Gallery is included, which will include my ceramic tiles and paintings from various artists.

We are still shipping weekly, and orders received by Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

The Olallie Gallery is set up and looking amazing. With over 6 artists, there is a wonderful mix of styles on display.

Olallie Beau Schoppa: This is such a cute little daylily. The bicolor blooms really stand out from a distance, and up close the small heavily ruffled flowers, look delicately sculpted.

This is one of my favorite near whites. Olallie Brother Byron, is tall nicely formed and regularly reblooms in late August- early September.

Navajo Princess is an example of a more unusual color pattern that a daylily can exhibit.

The large chervon shaped eyezone contrasts wonderfully with the lime green throat.

I have lots of red daylilies, but this one caught my eye. Olallie Diane Elaine, begins blooming at the beginning of peak season. The red is deep and saturated.

Ferdinand an up and coming daylily hybridizer, casts a critical eye on one of my hybrids.
