| A Nice Little Story:
I went to the Bridge Of Flowers (Shelburne Mass.) a few weeks ago.
while there I met a woman that was trying to change the camera setting on here phone, though no tech wizard, by any means, i was able to help her.
We struck up a conversation and she told me she was with her husband who was an avid gardener since the age of 15. I opined that I too was an avid gardener and grower of quality daylilies.
When her husband showed up, I told him about my farm and the large number of interesting daylilies i grow. I told him the name of my farm and he said that Olallie would be easy to remember is it rhymed with his last name.
Off we went and i forgot all about our encounter.
A few weeks late I received this email:
“Over the years I have ordered plants from other companies and have been disappointed in the quality of the plants and swore I would never buy again.
A couple of weeks ago I was visiting the bridge of flowers and met Mr. Olallie,my wife and I had a talk with him about his Day lily farm. I ordered a small selection of plants . They arrived today Ii was blown away as to the condition and quality and care of packing. Thank you John Mc”
Obviously I was delighted to get such an email, and want to iterate that I strive to provide every customer with this same experience! |
