| Still blooms in the field. And in fact some of my very late bloomers are just opening now.
While not the big show that we see in July, there is still color throughout the field.
We are doing lots of propagating, with eye to next season.
Last Weekend Open:August 28-30: Friday-Sunday 10-5pm.
We are still shipping weekly, and orders received by Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
I’ve still got plenty of free color catalogs for your gardening friends and they make a nice house warming gift. Just send an email!

| Within a few weeks, the daylilies look like nice healthy newly grown plants. Lord Of Autumn, was divided a month ago and has already recovered and is blooming. Of course the blooms are very short, but it is a testament to how hardy and vigorous daylilies can be.
The weeds are not a problem as they are low growing. In fact there is a lot of Purslane, which is edible. |

| Dante occasionally ventures farther down the field to check out what’s happening. Here he is under the shade of our apple tree. This spot is a favorite for animals and people alike as it’s right in the middle of the field surrounded by lilies. |
