Vigorous crimson red bud builder. Begins in early August and blooms until late September because of its bud building characteristics. 4 way branching! Also seems to produce numerous large mini clump proliferations. Flowers are sometimes held on pedicels (little flower stems). Truly a unique and unusual daylily.
